Setting up a Brevo Account

First you will need the client to create their Brevo account and send the login to the account, additional they can take the steps to setup their domain validation and send the API keys if they do not want to give the login information.

Once you login into Brevo you will be want to head to the account menu in the top right with the Person icon, select the SMTP and API settings, within this section you will want to find the SMTP name, port, login and password. These 4 items will be entered into the clients settings or the Brevo/Sendinblue NOP plugin. The client settings names will start with EMAILXXXXXXX, additional you can log into the Remote Desktop/OA and update the settings in the email tab within the System Settings of Administration.

Once the settings are complete you and test Brevo to make sure emails are being sent.

Before or After you test the settings you will want to validate the domain within Brevo, this can be done by the client or us. There are two ways to do this, first is to send an email to an email address specified by Brevo, the second way to do this is to add 3 TXT records to the DNS of the clients email domain.

Once the validation and Brevo have been updated and tested you are complete.
