Proceed to the .35, pull files you saved from .33 to .35 <br />
Once you have pulled the files from .35 head to C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Prodigix Services\Ticket Import\Upload, and place both files in at the same time. <br />
The files will be moved and processed at the same time, you will then run the script's below to make sure the data was imported correct on the SQL server, 173. VisionGLobal_Live, once you have ran the scripts the import will be successful. <br />

Re-Upload:

Sometimes Vision Global will mess up a file and need you to re-upload the file, in order to do this you have to clean up the existing data then upload the new files. Sometimes they only need one file to be re-uploaded but you will need to upload both files, just use the original file they sent that did not change.

To clear the data you will run the query's below, after running the queries change the delete to select * and verify the Tickets and Events for upload date were indeed deleted. Once you have deleted and verified re-upload the files!

The Data dump import will be completed on .33 and .173 by saving the files to both servers.

To start save the files to your computer, once the files are saved rename them to Distributors.csv and Orders.csv.<br />
Once saved you will open the file distributors.csv, the third row is missing the last date column and you will need to add a date to process the file successfully. You can use any date but it is recommended to use the date of the distributor above it.<br />
Once you have updated the date you will need to find any Distributor ID that was converted to Scientific Notation and remove the line.(Search for a e+, there will be emails with this but you only need to find the distributor ID column.)<br />
Next step is pushing the files to both the .33 server and .173 server, the location is in files\import\commission\distributors, the paths are a little different between both the .33 and .173 server but will look similar.<br />
You will then run the Distributor script first and the Order Script second on .33 and .173 using Power Shell ISE, once you have run the scripts then have completed the Data Dump Import.<br />
